When you open the Assistant, the details you provide there — such as your name, phone number, email, service address and a description of the work — are handled by our central assistant and dispatch system so our office can respond and schedule your appointment. If you call us, we record the details needed to serve your request.

How we use it

We use your information to answer questions, provide estimates, schedule and perform work, follow up on service issues, and keep records of jobs. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information may be shared with our own technicians and office staff, and with service providers that operate our scheduling and communication tools, only to the extent needed to deliver the service you requested, or where required by law.
